MARCHING BAND & COLOR GUARD
The East Coweta Marching Indians have consistently received superior ratings, as well as many First in Class and Grand Champion awards. In 2010, the Marching Indians were a finalist and Class AAAA Champion at the Bands of America Regional at Jacksonville State University. In 2011 the Marching Indians were a finalist at the Bands of America Atlanta Super Regional at the Georgia Dome, in 2012 a finalist at the Bands of America Jacksonville Regional, and the Marching Indians were a finalist and Class AAAA Champions at the 2013 Bands of America Powder Springs Regional at McEachern High School. This past year they were finalist at the 2014 Bands of America Regional at Jacksonville State University. The Marching Indians have represented Georgia in numerous national and international parades. These parades include the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, The London New Year's Day Parade, the Waikiki Holiday Parade, the Rome Italy New Year's Day Parade, and the Hollywood Christmas Parade.
