The cards are here and we are ready to distribute to you for Fundraising.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS FOR YOU:

Every card you sell means $5 to your child’s band account.  There are some awesome retailers on the card and it will be very easy to get the $10 face value.

 Here is how we will roll this program out:

• On Monday May 7, the cards will be available to pick up. 
• We will disperse cards in increments of 5.
• There is no limit on the amount of cards you can check out.
• For each set of 5 cards, you will need to leave a security deposit via check made out to East Coweta Band Boosters for $25.
• These checks will be kept on file until MAY 15.
• When you turn in your money you will get your check back. 
• If the unsold cards or money are not returned by MAY 15, your check will be deposited.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
• You may turn your cards and money in or check out additional cards with Amy Carter on Tuesday May 8, Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10, Monday, May 14 and Tuesday May 15 at the band room between 8-8:30am.
• If you need alternate times call or email Amy Carter @404-664-3591 or awcarter@fedex.com and I will make arrangements with you.

STUDENT INCENTIVES TO PARTICIPATE:

Each student who sells 10 cards and turns in the funds by Thursday May 10 will be in a drawing for a $25 gift card. (Visa Gift Card)

THE FIRST 5 STUDENTS TO TURN IN THE MONEY FOR THE SELL OF AT LEAST 10 WILL RECEIVE A $15 GIFT CARD. (Options are available)

These cards look awesome with our Band on the face and the retailers on the back.  They are very popular and we look forward to raising funds with this point of sell item. 

THERE WILL BE BOOTH SALES FOR THESE CARDS AT THE POPS CONCERT ON MAY 11 AND AT LOCAL RETAILERS ON MAY 12.  IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO SELL AT THESE VENUES PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!  IT WILL BE EASY MONEY TO ADD TO YOUR/YOUR BAND MEMBERS ACCOUNT!!!!
