Band Camp
Schedule & Information

Schedule
8:30am-12:00pm: Rehearse
12:00pm-1:30pm: Lunch in Cafeteria
1:30pm-4:30pm: Rehearse
4:30pm-6:00pm: Dinner in Cafeteria (Provided)
6:00pm-9:00pm: Rehearse
9:00pm-10:30pm: Evening Activity (May end early some nights)

Things to remember:

  • Students are not allowed to leave campus for any reason during the day
  • Students are expected to be at practice everyday
  • Dinner will be provided for the students each night, (see menu below) students are responsible for providing a lunch each day. They can bring their lunch in the morning or parents can bring lunch during lunch break. Students cannot leave campus. For lunches, please bring something healthy. Try to avoid sodas and NO ENERGY DRINKS!!

Things to have each day:
  • Comfortable tennis shoes, good socks (no ankle socks that might rub), hat, sunglasses, SUNSCREEN, Instrument, Reeds, Valve Oil, Pencil
  • There will be parents here with a first aid kit if a student needs any medical attention

Dinner Schedule

Monday: BBQ Sandwich, chips, Watermelon OR Salad Bar, Dessert: Cookies

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Green Beans OR Salad Bar, Dessert: Chocolate delight

Wednesday: Hamburger or Hot dog, French Fries, Fruit OR Salad Bar, Dessert: Little Debbie snacks

Thursday: Chicken Fajitas, Black Bean and Rice Salad OR Salad Bar, Dessert: Banana pudding

Friday: Beef and Noodle Casserole, Side Salad, Garlic Bread OR Salad Bar, Dessert: Assorted cakes and cookies

Tea, water, and lemonade will be offered every day. The salad bar entree choice will be a full salad bar including lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese, croutons/bacon bits, and some type of protein(ham, turkey, etc). Parents may bring something else if their student does not want to eat the meal provided.

Evening Activity Schedule

Monday- Water Night: There will be a special surprise! Bring a change of clothes if you want to get wet!
Tuesday- Dance
Wednesday- Miss Band Camp
Thursday- Ice Cream Social- Make a tasty and cool Ice Cream Sundae
Friday- Parent Performance at 8:30 in the parking lot, come and see what your kids got done in one week.
